Custom-made or engraved pieces are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. Warranty and Repairs Jewellery sold by Adore Adorée is covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Customers seeking repairs outside the warranty period may request a quote.
