Each earring is set with 42 precious stones: 8 emeralds including 4 Marquise-cut ones, 5 yellow sapphires, 32 black diamonds, and 6 salt and pepper diamonds, with one of them being Marquise-cut. The central shape is slightly curved and measures approximately 1.2 cm by 1.3 cm, with a total height including the hoops and fringes of about 4.7 cm. The rings have a milgrain finish.
